I like that I can send a message to a doctor quickly, and it lets me know that it has been sent, delivered, and when it's read. It is so much easier to reach a co-worker on halo than by phone. It's pretty straightforward to use and great at ensuring you never miss a message. What do you dislike about symplr Clinical Communications? OThere are often glitches I have to call and report such as when buttons or sections randomly disappear. I can easily send personal health info to other colleagues and have it all grouped in 1 space. I also love I can send pictures with personal info on a secure text thread as well. It is much easier for me to send messages to my outpatient colleagues at any time of day and don't have to wait for both of us to be available for a phone call.
