What I like most about this software, is that it allows you to route incoming calls, assigning them to where they correspond with the appropriate agent. It also contains a chat between employees, which allows us to maintain communications and the sending and sharing of files. The platform allows us to be able to make shift changes and scheduling of guards, with ease and best of all is that it is cloud-based, so all the information is outside of the computers. The system has some small flaws that will surely improve with new updates, such as the quality of calls when the connection is not very stable, so the recording also loses quality. The access by roles, although it is a very secure system, is also cumbersome, which slows down our daily work. Its efficient multichannel communication allows us to be always in communication with our clients through live chat, calls, video calls, emails and more.
