Symphony has many different uses. It is nice to have chatrooms to broadcast a message directly to a big group of people. I appreciate this. It is especially nice in a tech environment to get many different responses from a large audience in a much quicker manner than a mass email. I enjoy checking chatrooms to keep on top of company news and such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not sure I see the reason for the chime feature. It can be very annoying. It also can be difficult to track responses to messages and cohesively read through a thread when there are so many people talking at once. A way to filter through for relevant messages could be a feature that would prove to be very helpful if implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
