"ITSM Tool for Service Desk"

What do you like best?

Simplicity of use and the ability to deploy across multiple geographies. The ability to customize splash screens. Administration of the application is a simple as one could get. The ability to build workflow systems along with the ability to 'park' tickets until information is received.

What do you dislike?

Lack of knowledge about the underlying database structures and the ability to data mine information. The change over did not allow us to import cleanly our existing data from multiple service desk tools.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you have a home grown solution or need to migrate to a cloud based solution then this would be a perfect choice.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Eliminated several disjoined ITSM look-a-like home grown solutions. One common view across multiple geographies. Workflow without ticket blasting all departments.

"Better productivity and a reliable product"

What do you like best?

i had been using Incident management feature frequently and i would say its the best feature i found in the summit service management tool

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. It has been one and half year since i am using this product and i didn't find any issue. Best itsm tool that i have used.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would like to advice everyone to use this great tool!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Initially i used to find it difficult to get a service or issue resolved but with this tool it has made my life much easier with their effortless and smooth services.

"improved productivity for IT-support"

What do you like best?

dashboard looks like user friendly, All options are showing up in one page.. flow of the entire tool makes my work effective.

What do you dislike?

I never come across anything I I dislike in specific.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were facing an issue of manpower all the time. As in we had to resolve it manually but now that we are using Summit tool t has improved the productivity for IT support also It has enabled automation of certain tasks.

The UI of the tool too good. The incident management system is good

Nothing so far. It's been a nice experience.
