**What do you like best about Symantec SSL Visibility Appliance?**

I'm not impressed, by SSL Visibility Appliance. It lacks to provide visibility into traffic ensuring the utmost security for my network. There are many threats while using this which has made my life very hectic.

**What do you dislike about Symantec SSL Visibility Appliance?**

The interface of the appliance needs some improvement as it feels clunky and not very intuitive which makes navigation and configuration a bit difficult. The lack of documentation adds to the frustration since finding solutions for issues becomes a time-consuming process.

**What problems is Symantec SSL Visibility Appliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There have been occasional system crashes with the appliance impacting its reliability and causing disruptions in our network security operations. It increases the problem of monitoring and decrypting SSL/TLS traffic. This has made my business slow.
