They listen to customer's feedback and work diligently to incorporate changes and modify their product road map based on customer's demand. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Symantec. We implemented Symantec's Endpoint Protection software in our company. I would recommend to tone down the resource consumption. **What problems is Symantec Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Removing the need for manual implementation or the scheduling issues with SCCM. ### 2. I am also getting some patches not deploying and Symantec support can not resolve the issue. **What problems is Symantec Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** A quick and easy way to deploy patches to laptops and desktops. The cloud enabled management works well for our remote users. ### 3.
