The management console is very easy to learn. Being able to configure agents and groups without interacting the the workstation is very convenient. It is difficult to resolve conflicts with other monitoring software it the technical support team for Symantec DLP is on a completely different time zone. There seem to be a few limitations when is comes to tuning the alerts, specifically for social security numbers and other personally identifiable information.
