What do you like best about Sylogist?

Serenic Navigator has a wide range of features that benefit our accounting department greatly, firstly the budgeting feature has allowed us to make informed decisions on our organization's financing. Secondly, it offers a clear vision of the financial performance of our company. The platform is quite user friendly. Also, the mobile application is great and performs up to the mark. What do you dislike about Sylogist?

Data Analysis is a feature that should have been included to improve the feature set of the platform. There is no support for ios platforms that should be provided. The reports and invoices generated are not that great and can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sylogist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization mainly uses Serenic Navigator for budgeting, accounting, payroll management and other areas that require finance management. This allows us to reflect on our company's performance in a financial aspect. Maintaining invoices is convenient as all of the invoices can be accessed in one place. - I love that it is built upon Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central which increases the stability

- Designed to meet specific needs of K-12 and the demographics

- User interface can be better otherwise newer generations being added to the admin workforce would be put off.

- Moved to self-servicing with the online platform which makes the admin task easy and quick so that school as a whole can spare more time for kids instead of resource-intensive manual admin tasks.
