The system is very powerful and can do a lot. It has some very handy reports built in, but not some of the more common ones. We have a complex set of reporting requirements and the dimensions available work well for us. The ability to drill down into transactions is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sylogist? It is not user-friendly. It has taken us two years to feel really comfortable with it, and we still find that there are things we don't know that we should. The help desk is knowledgeable but hard to get hold of (they are working on this). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Sylogist solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a subsidiary that operates in a foreign currency, and we have a bank account denominated in a foreign currency in the main organization. Nav handles both circumstances well and also performs the consolidation for reporting. It's easy to switch between companies.
