What problems is Syd Life AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an individual, I am trying to improve my life quality. As an employer, I am trying to aggregate employee wellbeing assessments, evaluations, scores, and interventions into a single view using one app. Syd does that for me. I hope that with the implementation of Syd, I can create a supportive environment for employees and provide them with pathways to a better and happier life. As an employer, it is also helpful that Syd has a positive return on investment, but more importantly, it has a return on people. "Easy and Fast way to get control of your health"

What do you like best about Syd Life AI?

SYD is a simple app that learns about you very quickly. SYD sends timely tips that help you make it through your week, drink water, go for a run, stretch, meditate for 5 min. Think of it as Calm + Diet + Fitness + etc.

It also asks you what your priorities are so, if you are already a fitness fanatic, you won't get tips there, but on breathing/mediation exercises for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
