It is not always set it and forget it. Sometimes you need to take a few extra steps to make sure the integration is correct so that you get the notes you need. I haven't seen much in the way of filtering all calls for specific words or features mentioned. I also have not seen a way to correct a word that the voice recognition incorrectly transcribed.
