They don't really abstract away much of the legal work from you, still having you done some stuff on literal pen and paper instead of esignature. They have hidden fees, and sign you up for subscriptions without there being a way to cancel without literally calling an agent so they can try to get you not to cancel. They make it seem like it'll be cost and time effective, but when it's all said and done you might as well have found a lawyer to help you out. **Recommendations to others considering Swyft Filings:** Do anything else. **What problems is Swyft Filings solving and how is that benefiting you?** Legal help for startups. ### 2. Hidden fees, subscriptions and can't cancel = cost more than a local attorney **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025 **What do you like best about Swyft Filings?** They got the filing completed, but decided to add a bunch of other services that had hidden monthly and annual fees that were uncancellable. **What do you dislike about Swyft Filings?** Do not use this company, they added several subscriptions in the fine print of agreement that resulted in several monthly and annual fees. When we tried to cancel them it took weeks for a response only to be told that they can not cancel the subscription and misdirected the conversation to make me believe that it was required by law. Then they threatened to lock me out of my account so that i would not have access to the data that may be needed to take over being my own registered agent and said they would be a charge to regain access. Very unethical business practices for a "legal" company. **Recommendations to others considering Swyft Filings:** Do not use them. Consider working with a local attorney which it will end up costing you the same. **What problems is Swyft Filings solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 3. We have found no true benefit from utilizing Swyft. **What do you dislike about Swyft Filings?** Failure in notifying clients about important filings established a tax account with the wrong state entity, lack of support from customer service with no one individual assigned to your business.
