For 4 years I have used this application for 2 different agencies. What I like most are the multiple connections between digital platforms that you can make in the reports. It saves time making dashboards and is very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The truth is, the only two times I have had questions, the team has been able to respond and solve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Swydo for the following reasons:

1. Official integrations for top marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook (Meta), etc.

2. Look and presentation of reports

3. Report templates that are excellent starting points and are customizable based on your data reporting needs

4. Customer support - Every time I've needed to reach out to support I've been provided with quality responses that try to address the issue in question. You don't get some default generic support response you typically encounter with other tools and platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Here are the things I think can be improved on Swydo's platform:

1. Better support for custom integrations that are more niche. My agency uses several platforms that don't have official integrations on Swydo. Examples: Yelp, Basis (Centro), etc. Trying to get these setup via custom integrations has been difficult (or not possible) without a dedicated developer.

2. Report schedules. Having to duplicate reports to set 2 unique report schedules clutters up the Reporting tab very quickly, wish we could consolidate these into a singular report.

3. New Monitoring Tool - I was happy to see this feature get rolled out this past year since it's something my agency brought up in support feedback! However, I still think it has a long way to go. Here are my main concerns: #1. The tool only notifies you a single time monthly when a threshold rule has been crossed, it doesn't continue to remind you if it's a metric that is still exceeding or not meeting conditions of the rules set. #2. I really wish Swydo would show the percentage over/under for target conditions that are set. Example: Setting a rule to monitor month-to-date spending on the platform will only show the target spend you should be at for that point in the month. It doesn't give you a straightforward calculation of the percentage that you are currently pacing over or under by. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that there is a large amount of integrations with more and more being rolled out all the time. The reports are easy to design and build and are very customisable. Support are always quick to repsond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Swydo makes my SEO reporting very easy and is super affordable compared to similar tools. It is easy to set up and very straight forward. A tool like Google's Looker Studio can be very intimidating, Swydo is compared to that super easy!

The customer support is always responsive and helpful. I once had a technical issue and they solved it within a day. Very flexible, great rnage of connectors and data sources and a good range of starter templates. Custom metrics are great for specific needs and data visualisation, and the scheduled reports help us communicate performance with clients regularly as well as the shareable live dahsboards!
