With swydo it's all in one spot which makes it easy for us to create dashboards for our clients and customize them specifically for their needs. The customer support is top notch and easy to get in contact with. We use this weekly, if not daily. **What do you dislike about Swydo?** I purchased swydo for the Klaviyo integration - not many other platforms offer this. However, the revenue is often broken and/or does not pull in so that is a bit frustrating, but I think that is more on Klaviyo's side as their API is so cumbersome and constantly changing. **What problems is Swydo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Swydo is allowing us to have weekly KPI reports sent to our clients while maintaining a format to show trends vs just a snapshop (Week over Week data and not just a pretty graph) ### 2. We had an extremely bad experience with a competitor as it related to costs. Due to their limitations, our costs were being tripled, and they were not motivated to come up with any other workaround. Being charged per data source is the most logical and optimum way IMHO, and I feel their costs are more transparent and upfront. For anybody looking to support multiple GA4 properties per account, this is the solution. Facebook (Meta) integration is better than most of the competitors. Give us everything we need, when combined with white-labeling support, to provide franchise-level reporting for several of our larger clients. The templates for various reports are also quite good. You can create wonderful reports "out of the box", and then make minor modifications. It makes implementation very easy to do, and managing of client reports through a single template easy. In short, they are a true partner to any agency looking for simple reporting that works. **What do you dislike about Swydo?** It is aesthetically simple. You don't have as much control over how the widgets are displayed on the page. Limited theme and branding capabilities. Those capabilities are improving though, and the basic look is quite clean and easy to follow. The only custom integration available is the Google Spreadsheet. No API just yet for that. It does not have filters like other widgets, so it requires some workarounds at the spreadsheet level for some of our use cases. Not GA4 friendly. While you can measure your own client portals, there are some pretty big hoops to getting reporting-level dimensions into GA4. **What problems is Swydo solving and how is that benefiting you?** White-labeled reporting for the agencies we help support, as well as reporting for our clients. We need both online dashboards for real-time data analysis, and reports that are "locked" into place like quarterly reports. The scheduler allows us to automate our client reporting, which in turn allows us to always have our clients informed about the KPIs that matter to them most. ### 29. You are charged by data sources linked which is great. The more data sources the more you pay. Official integrations for top marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook (Meta), etc. 2. Look and presentation of reports 3. Report templates that are excellent starting points and are customizable based on your data reporting needs 4. Customer support - Every time I've needed to reach out to support I've been provided with quality responses that try to address the issue in question. You don't get some default generic support response you typically encounter with other tools and platforms. **What do you dislike about Swydo?** Here are the things I think can be improved on Swydo's platform: 1. Better support for custom integrations that are more niche. My agency uses several platforms that don't have official integrations on Swydo. Examples: Yelp, Basis (Centro), etc. Trying to get these setup via custom integrations has been difficult (or not possible) without a dedicated developer. 2. Report schedules. Having to duplicate reports to set 2 unique report schedules clutters up the Reporting tab very quickly, wish we could consolidate these into a singular report. 3. New Monitoring Tool - I was happy to see this feature get rolled out this past year since it's something my agency brought up in support feedback! However, I still think it has a long way to go. Here are my main concerns: #1. The tool only notifies you a single time monthly when a threshold rule has been crossed, it doesn't continue to remind you if it's a metric that is still exceeding or not meeting conditions of the rules set. #2. I really wish Swydo would show the percentage over/under for target conditions that are set. Example: Setting a rule to monitor month-to-date spending on the platform will only show the target spend you should be at for that point in the month. It doesn't give you a straightforward calculation of the percentage that you are currently pacing over or under by. **What problems is Swydo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to report for the majority of our client's campaigns from a single reporting platform instead of having to juggle multiple reports from all the individual platforms we manage is a gamechanger! ### 33. I recently duplicated some data resources by accident and only noticed the mistake when I got the invoice. Considering Google Looker Studio now offers multiple connections, increasing prices seem crazy. I tried canceling my service in November, still being charged they claim I only canceled on the 27 January - which is untrue. The response from customer service was less than sufficient. They claim I only cancelled on the 27 January, then claim they always charge for an extra month after someone cancels. In Australia, this is against consumer law, and I have made an official complaint with government authorities as the service is available in Australia. It was a cool opportunity to deal with data sources and other issues. - Swydo constantly updates its platform and provides new functionality to improve our client reporting. **What do you dislike about Swydo?** It would be great to improve some details that are important for our work processes: - As for Facebook and Linkedin widgets, paused campaign statistics are not displayed. It would be great to see the data of campaigns and ads that were on pause. - Remove the limit of 100 lines or make the limit larger. Sometimes we cannot analyze statistics correctly. For example, we work with a long list of job titles that may not fit into the character limit. - When we set up a widget with a filter by campaigns' names, we found a limit of 50 titles. But we have cases where there are more campaigns we work with, and this limit doesn't allow us to display all necessary campaigns' names. Also, it will be helpful if there is a filter by campaigns with a feature like 'exclude' for Bing. **What problems is Swydo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Swydo support is always happy to help in solving the issues. There might be occasional troubles with filters not working properly for some of the data sources, but the support team is always responsive and helps us fix those issues in just a few days. ### 46.
