Further, they implemented an icon system that allows users to vote thumbs up or down if the record is valid, which is a great help to users in enabling us to crowdsource better data. **What problems is Swordfish solving and how is that benefiting you?** Swordfish helps our firm find contact details/phone numbers for prospective client leads. The tool allows us to save precious research time. ### 7. The database coverage for me from a Facebook id list is about 50%, which is rather good (and they only charge those who are found, so it's fine) **What do you dislike about Swordfish?** There are a few emails that don't exist anymore, generating bouncing emails and potentially increasing the risk of being flagged as spam. Ideally their tool would check for bouncing emails before giving you results and remove them from the results if they don't exist anymore, **What problems is Swordfish solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting contact details (email, phone number) for B2B and B2c outreach sales ### 8. Cost effective with perhaps a couple of minor complaints around some results but every application like it has the same problem and the nature of it is to not get 100% coverage. **What do you dislike about Swordfish?** Nothing really. We use two other apps on occasion but Swordfish is the most cost effective as the other two are pricey so when I can't get it here then the other two allow occasional purchases and I go there. About 50% of the time I can get the info that I need elsewhere but not enough to warrant an ongoing and more expensive subscription. **What problems is Swordfish solving and how is that benefiting you?** Use it for recruiting mostly, very little new business outreach. ### 11.
