Swivl helped us automate answers to most repetitive Questions which were being asked by customers during any time of the day. What do you dislike about Swivl? The Only concern was that the Tool is a little expensive but everything else works wonders. If the price could be dropped that would be great. Swivl's automatic answers are pretty accurate to the questions being asked leaving the customers satisfied. The drawback is the cost which is Lil higher on the side, also UI has some elements which are a little complex or first-time users and again need training costs. Else it can do wonders.
