I had unknowingly switched the preferences on my computer for Adobe X, I called Switchfast and told them I had no idea what exactly I had done, but explained that I was having problems saving and sending documents. I have had a few Microsoft Outlook issues, where I would get send/received errors. As soon as i call them they are able to connect with a technician. The conversation starts out with what are the issues I am having and how it affects my workload. Afterwards the technician will take control of my laptop to investigate the issues.
