For example we have lots of assignments where two or three people are working on together. But you only get to choose 1 assignee. Even though you can designate collaboraters the main page only shows 1 person that it's hard to know who's working on what project unless you click on each box. Also, It would be extremely helpful if we can paste images on the Ideation tab(right now, you can do that only on comment parts) **What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't want to use the messenger we usually use with our personal relationships like Kakaotalk. While we originally only allowed one assignee to a task for accountability and ownership, we are also releasing a Task Plus update later this year where you can assign multiple assignees to one task card. While you wait for this exciting update, you can also create checklists and assign each checklist item to each employee while also creating these items as additional task cards that you can then attach to the main task card as related tasks. Everyone can see who's doing what in which timing, also good at singling out my own assignments or that I'm involved in at the same time. Additionally my favourite part is 1:1 chat, so simple and easy to communicate. **What do you dislike about Swit?** It would be better if there's a function that I can choose specific time per tasks, because sometimes particular projects require deadline more specifically, not just date, especially in design sector. In addition, I am waiting for more various and cute emojis to be updated. There's so many limits on expressing my feelings with only those basic emojis! **What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to use some other similar tools as Swit, but recently found out that I don't need to wander around anymore. It's good to distinguish because I can use messengers for each workspace and use them personally. Messenger is mainly used, but it seems the best to be attached to Google API. **What do you dislike about Swit?** It is a little difficult because there are many update works. But I'll endure it because it's an update that's trying to get better. **What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?** To attach the Google Drive file to the messenger, the order of downloading and handing it over was too annoying. Swit helps keep my work really organized. For instance, I like the to do items and the checklist. I also love the formatting. The channels makes it a lot easier for us to keep our work organized. I also love the option to change tasks from to do, doing, to done. The calendar option is also great since it is color coded and helps us with deadlines. The deadline feature is great for keeping our work paced well. The user status of whether someone is online or not is great as well since it helps me know whether someone is viewing the project at the moment. **What do you dislike about Swit?** Sometimes Swit does not notify me when someone mentions me in a comment. I also don't like that I have to specifically click the comment buttonto view comments on a task on the Swit app. I frequently view the comments on a task so it would be helpful to be able to scroll down and view the comments and not have to click on the comment button. The notification on the Swit app could improve since I use my phone quiet often. **What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Swit is great for keeping my work organized. It is really beneficial to have to task status since it lets everyone know whether I have viewed the project yet or not. This helps everyone on the team know we are on the same page. I like the UX of the whole experience and that I can have multiple workspace under one account. When I use other application, I feel it difficult and heavy so it's hard to use it. Also, complicated layout design make my eyes get tired soon. But, Swit is easy to make a project and move project here and there by drag. And I love simple design. I think most people will get used to swit quickly. **What do you dislike about Swit?** It is both an advantage and disadvantage. As a new business building a new team, it was integral that we were able to easily begin communicating with each other. My team members say it is the best way for me to communicate my needs with them and it is so important to use a platform that your team members enjoy using. **What do you dislike about Swit?** I've noticed on the desktop version for Mac that you aren't able to hide the Swit software which is unusual. There are very few downsides to Swit. Often other platforms have too many functions or capabilities and the platform is not built out to easily understand but Swit managed to combine multiple styles of platforms in an easily digestible way. **Recommendations to others considering Swit:** I would start by using Swit. If you or your organizations have ever used other platforms like Asana, Monday, Slack, ETC, you will find that they have limiting factors and are not easy to understand. Swit merges all of these platforms into one AND makes it incredibly easy to navigate and understand. If you start here, you will not be frustrated with your experience and will remain a user forever. **What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wouldn't call them problems but as a new team and a new company, we are trying to find the best and easy ways to communicate as we work from home. To find Swit when it was just beginning and be able to onboard our team directly into this platform so that we could seamlessly begin working together has been a huge time-saving part for our team. Swit does an amazing job to keep everything on one single platform with the need of multiple integrations. We use Swit for everything including instant messaging to project management and emails. We were able to eliminate using other platforms and consolidate into one. **What do you dislike about Swit?** It is still early and there are quality of life features that need to be added in. For example, file attachments from cloud drives. I believe they are constantly working on new updates and it is exciting to see every time a new feature is implemented. **What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple workspaces. As a small team and agency with many projects and different clients. Having multiple workspace options gives us the ability to manage projects with ease. We are solving many internal workflow issues, project management, and communication all through using Swit. Good for teams, with one drawback **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Hunter K. | Marketing Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021 **What do you like best about Swit?** I love being able to create cards as tasks and move them throughout buckets to sort status. It's helpful to be able to see my co-workers status as they complete projects and tasks that are assigned to them. It's also helpful that anyone can add a project or to-do on another person's to-do list. **What do you dislike about Swit?** One huge downside is the inability to schedule tasks for a specific time. For example, if I want to complete "Call Nancy @ 3:00PM" I would have to name the task as what time it should be completed. The inability to schedule tasks is detrimental to my work as I can't be notified right at or before 3:00pm for a task that's due then. Currently, I can only schedule tasks based on they day they are due, not the time. Another issue is that creating a new task isn't exactly "quick." I have to title the task, then click into it to assign it to somebody, then after that I have to click to add a due date, and again to add tags or labels. It should be as easy as typing in: "Follow up with Jack tomorrow" and it should recognize that I wrote tomorrow and it should schedule it for me. The more difficult it is to add a task, the less likely I am to add simple tasks to the list and risk forgetting it. It should be much quicker and take no less than 5 seconds to create, schedule, and assign a task and currently it takes around 10 seconds. Intuitive Intuitiveness comes first in order to perform tasks efficiently because it can reduce time, save time, and efficiently process tasks by quickly finding the documents or projects that you need. Sweet is a work tool that takes into account the user service aspects of the project tab, task tab, and other teams and personalized workspaces and easy visualization of the calendar form first. 2. Work-sharing and collaboration with other teams Companies that collaborate more with other departments will need items to manage data sharing and projects. Managing so many projects and finding documents requires an intuitive workspace, but the most important thing is a mention. Although the ments tied up between departments are shared among unnecessary people, the sweet has the advantage of being able to talk to individuals, making it easy to share and proceed with the work among those who need it. 3. It is possible to change an individual's work list to the task performance tab.
