**What do you like best about Swipez?**

Allows us to host on line and off line events

**What do you dislike about Swipez?**

Not responsive. They assume that the software is intuitive and easy to navigate for clients who host events and dont need much help. They have multiple help platforms  but they either dont have the complete data or do not respond.

**What problems is Swipez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

inadequate resolution of problems raised
