SwipeHealth is a workout coach that rebuilds your program when you tell it what changed. Slept badly? In a hotel gym this week? Shoulder bothering you? Just say so in plain words. The coach changes your plan and tells you why. SwipeHealth builds a personalized strength and conditioning program from your goals, schedule, equipment, experience and history. It knows how long a change should last: a bad night of sleep changes one day, a hotel gym changes one week, and a surgery holds until you say you're ready. It notices missed workouts and helps you get back on track without starting over. A separate in-workout coach answers questions movement by movement, and the coach remembers what you've told it, so you never have to repeat yourself. The programming is grounded in over 1,200 academic journals and built by doctors of health science and certified personal trainers. SwipeHealth works with Apple Health and Health Connect, so the wearable you already use can help shape your plan. A wearable is optional. For organizations SwipeHealth also runs as a full platform for gyms, apartment and commercial properties, employers, GLP-1 clinics and independent practitioners. Organizations get their own portal with a member roster, invites and activation, seat management, site and portfolio rollups for multi-location operators, and an insights dashboard that shows participation, engagement trends and adherence. Programs are built around the equipment actually in your building or club. Practitioners such as trainers, dietitians and doctors get one-to-one access to their own clients' programming and progress, including adherence and at-risk signals, per-exercise progression, weekly volume and session notes. The portal adapts to each practitioner's role. Privacy is built into the product. Organization reporting is aggregate only and never shows anyone's health data. Practitioners see a member's data only after that member says yes, and access ends the moment it's revoked. SwipeHealth is available on iPhone and Android.
