Swimvity is booking and admin software for independent swim teachers in Australia: private teachers, mobile teachers who travel to families' home and apartment pools, and anyone teaching at a venue they're allowed to use. The problem it solves is simple. Lesson requests arrive by Facebook message or text, often at 9pm, and every one starts the same maths. Who's before and after? How far is the drive? Is that pool open? Can siblings go back to back? Swimvity does that checking for you. Parents get your own booking page. They say where and when suits, see only times that fit your real week, and send a request. Every time is checked against your teaching hours, your other lessons, the travel time between pools and your Google Calendar if you connect it. Nothing is booked until you approve it, and Swimvity never moves a lesson by itself. When a parent calls, Find a time shows workable options while they're still on the phone. Once families are in, Swimvity runs the routine: weekly, fortnightly and one-off lessons, school holidays and pauses, a calendar with day, week and agenda views, a waitlist, attendance, lesson payments, credit and refunds, PDF invoices and receipts, and income reports. The schedule optimiser suggests a tidier week with less driving. Families pay the teacher directly. Swimvity only records payments. It never charges cards, holds lesson money or takes a commission. Pricing is one plan, Swimvity Solo, at A$39 a month for one instructor. There's a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Teachers with ongoing lessons can book a free 30-minute setup call. Swimvity launched in October 2026 and is built in Sydney. A version for swim schools with several instructors is planned.
