The "20-Hour Setup" is dead. SwiftReporter is the anti-bloatware platform that gets you running in minutes, eliminating the switching costs that keep inspectors trapped in legacy software. 1. The Fastest Setup in the Industry Don't start from scratch. We offer three instant ways to launch: Comment Library Import: Upload any CSV/Excel file to instantly access thousands of your pre-written narratives. AI Template Builder: Tell our AI what you inspect, and it generates a custom template instantly. Spectora Import: Moving over? Import your existing templates directly. 2. The "Power Trio" for Speed Voice-to-Pro: Speak naturally. Our AI turns rough notes into professional narratives. Auto-Detect Defects: Computer vision tags issues in photos automatically. Smart Library: Save AI comments instantly. Never type the same defect twice. 3. Zero Overhead No contracts. No "employee" fees. Just a sleek, mobile-first writer that integrates with Square for free payments and scheduling.
