"Dependable Security for Frontline Patient Care Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Swif.ai?

In a hospital setting, our priority is always the patients, and Swif.ai ensures the technology we use stays out of the way. The Endpoint Management Software is excellent, it keeps our shared tablets and mobile units updated an secure without required any manual intervention from the volunteer team. I really appreciate how the system runs silently in the background. It provides a level of digital safety that is essential when we are handling sensitive environments, ensuring that our focus remains entirely on supporting the elderly patients in our care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

While the platform is very efficient, the login process on mobile devices can occasionally feel a bit strict when we are moving quickly between hospital wings. I understand the need for high security, but a slightly more streamlined authentication for frequent users would be helpful. Additionally, the Remote Support Software interface is very powerful, but it took a little bit of time to get used to the layout during our initial orientation. A more simplified, volunteer-friendly dashboard option would be a great addition for those of us who aren't tech specialists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Swif.ai?

In a research and teaching environment as large as Sunnybrook, the ability to manage diverse hardware without a hitch is vital. Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software has been impressive for keeping our research devices in line with strict health data standards. I particularly like the automated compliance tracking; it provides a layer of security that usually requires a massive IT team. For someone moving between lectures and clinical research, knowing that every device is patched and encrypted in the background is a huge relief for protecting sensitive project data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

While the platform is incredibly robust, the sheer volume of technical logs in the dashboard can be a bit overwhelming for those of us on the academic side. I’d love to see a simplified Educator View that highlights device health without diving into the deep system telemetry. Also, while the Remote Support Software is excellent, the initial setup for some of our older, specialized research equipment required a bit of a learning curve. A few more Quick Start guides for legacy hardware would be a great addition to their already helpful documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Swif.ai?

In a massive healthcare environment, ensuring that every tablet and workstation is secure is vital for patient safety. Swif's Endpoint Management Software provides the rigorous oversight we need to stay HIPAA compliant without getting in the way of our pharmaceutical duties. I particularly value how it handles updates and security patches in the background. It feels very reliable; knowing that our devices are hardened against vulnerabilities allows me to focus on clinical care rather than worrying about potential data breaches or system downtime during a busy shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

Because the system is so comprehensive, the initial interface can feel a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't in a dedicated IT role. I would love to see a clinical view option that simplifies the dashboard for frontline staff who only need to check their device's health status. Additionally, while the Remote Support Software is excellent for fixing issues on the fly, the mobile notifications can be a bit frequent during peak hospital hours. A more customizable alert system for non-critical updates would help reduce "notification fatigue" for our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Angelo Huang of Swif.ai

What do you like best about Swif.ai?

In my role, I need visibility into our data infrastructure, and Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software Provides exactly that for our hardware layer. The automated compliance mapping is a game-changer, It seamlessly bridges the gap between our technical security policies and audit-ready reporting. Managing thousands of devices across different OS environments used to be a fragmented process, but this platform consolidates everything into a single, high-fidelity pane of glass. It’s intuitive enough for quick checks but deep enough to satisfy the granular requirements of a platform architect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

When managing a fleet of over 1,000 employees, the sheer volume of telemetry data in the Mobile Device Management (MDM) dashboard can occasionally feel dense. While the filtering is powerful, I would love to see more out- of the -box visualization templates specifically tailored for Business Intelligence trends over time. Additionally, the initial setup for our more complex Linux-based dev environments required a bit of custom scripting. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but a slightly more automated onboarding path for niche Linux distros would make the deployment phase even smoother for large engineering teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Swif.ai?

In the telecommunication space, maintaining a secure and compliant network of devices is non-negotiable. Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software provides the high-level visibility our board requires to ensure we are meeting global security standards. The automated compliance mapping for SOC2 and GDPR is a standout feature, as it transforms complex regulatory requirements into a clear, manageable status. It’s rare to find a unified tool that manages a diverse fleet macOS, Windows, and Linux with such a streamlined, intuitive interface that supports our rapid scaling efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

While the Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities are comprehensive, I believe the platform could benefit from even more advanced data visualization tools for quarterly reporting. The current logs are highly detailed, which is great for IT, but as an advisor, I’d appreciate a more simplified "Executive Risk Scorecard" that summarizes fleet health at a glance. Additionally, the initial configuration for certain legacy Linux distributions required a bit more manual intervention than the nearly instantaneous setup we experienced with our macOS and Windows deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Angelo Huang of Swif.ai

What do you like best about Swif.ai?

In a small startup like PawSmart. AI, we handle sensitive diagnostic data that requires absolute privacy. Swif.ai's Remote Support Software is a lifesaver for our distributed team. I love how easily I can oversee our devices without needing a computer science degree. The automated compliance features for SOC2 felt like having an extra consultant on the team, mapping our security policies to regulatory standards in record time. It gives me peace of mind knowing our veterinary imaging data is secured across every employee's laptop with almost zero manual effort on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

Because the platform is so comprehensive, the initial dashboard can feel a bit crowded for someone coming from a non-IT background. I would love to see more one-click templates specifically designed for marketing teams who need to see high-level compliance health rather than deep technical logs. Also, the mobile interface is functional, but it doesn’t quite offer the same level of granular control as the desktop version. It’s a minor hurdle, but it would make managing our fleet on the go even more efficient as we scale up our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Angelo Huang of Swif.ai

What do you like best about Swif.ai?

As someone bridging medical research and AI, I prioritize data integrity above all else. Swif.ai stands out because its Endpoints Management Software isn't just about locking laptops, it's about visibility. The Shadow IT detection is a masterclass in modern governance, flagging unapproved LLM integrations that could leak sensitive IP. The speed at which it maps device-level security to SOC2 and HIPAA controls is impressive, effectively removing the manual "compliance tax" that usually slows down scaling software teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

The sheer depth of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) suite means the initial dashboard view can feel dense for a casual user. While the AI-driven automation handles the heavy lifting, the reporting engine could benefit from more executive-level visualization templates for board meetings. I also noticed that while the Windows and Mac workflows are incredibly slick, the Linux agent requires a more technical hand to configure custom kernel-level monitoring, which might be a slight hurdle for non-technical administrators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Angelo Huang of Swif.ai

Thank you, Nicola, for sharing this detailed feedback. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Swif.ai! "The Missing Link for Small Teams Scaling Compliance and Security"

What do you like best about Swif.ai?

As the founding engineer at a small startup, I wear every hat, and Swif.ai has made the IT Director hat much lighter, Its Endpoint Management Software allows me to to handle our entire fleet a mix of macOS for devs and Windows for our operations team from one console. The One-Hour Compliance claim is legit, It mapped our device encryption and lock policies to SOC 2 controls almost instantly, syncing evidence directly with our compliance platform. It’s surprisingly intuitive for a unified platform, letting us deploy security policies without the usual scripting headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

While the Mobile Device Management (MDM) features are powerful, the Linux agent setup was a bit more hands-on compared to the Apple and Windows Autopilot workflows. It wasn't a blocker, but some extra documentation on custom shell script deployment for niche distributions would be helpful. Also, because the platform evolves so quickly, the UI occasionally updates faster than the help center videos. It’s a minor annoyance, but having slightly more granular filtering in the historical activity logs would also make audit deep-dives even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Angelo Huang of Swif.ai

Thank you, Andrew, for sharing this detailed feedback. We're thrilled to hear that Swif.ai has made your IT Director responsibilities lighter and more manageable. "Bridging the Gap Between Legal Compliance and IT Security"
5/5
What do you like best about Swif.ai?

In the entertainment world, we handle a massive amount of proprietary data across a distributed workforce. Swif.ai's Mobile Device Management has been a breath of fresh air for our legal team. It allows us to enforce strict encryption and data privacy policies without being a bottleneck for our creative staff. The automated compliance mapping for SOC2 is incredibly accurate, which makes my job during annual audits significantly less stressful. It feels like the system was built for actual human workflows rather than just technical checklists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

While the Endpoint Management features are robust, I initially found the granularity of the permission settings a bit overwhelming. As someone in a legal role rather than IT, navigating the initial setup for specific user-group access required a few calls with their support team. They were helpful, but a more simplified Legal vs IT view for administrative settings would be a great addition. Also, the mobile app version of the dashboard is missing a few of the deeper reporting filters I occasionally need while traveling between venues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Angelo Huang of Swif.ai

Thank you, Jaime, for sharing this detailed feedback. We're thrilled to hear that Swif.ai's Mobile Device Management has been a valuable asset for your legal team, allowing for strict encryption and data privacy policies without hindering your creative staff. "Swif.ai: MDM That Thinks Beyond Device Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Swif.ai?

Swif.ai is one of those rare platforms actively rethinking what an MDM can and should be. The interface is clean and intuitive, and policy deployment from benchmarks makes it accessible to non-technical administrators. Beyond the basics, Swif ventures into territory most MDMs ignore: shadow IT detection, CVE identification via Wazuh, and AI agent monitoring are all handled meaningfully well. Support is responsive and feedback genuinely gets implemented.

Where many MDMs treat onboarding and offboarding as an afterthought, Swif makes them a priority. The shadow IT integration is a smart touch, as the platform surfaces which apps need to be revoked when someone leaves, saving IT teams from connecting those dots manually.

Platform coverage is broader than most competitors. Mac support is the most mature, Windows is catching up, and Android is in the mix. The real surprise is Linux. This isn't Linux management through custom scripts or tools like Puppet or Chef; it's genuine MDM for Linux, lightweight but real.

Where Swif starts to feel like something different entirely is in how it brings device management and compliance together in one place. You get what you'd expect, CIS benchmarks and the like, but also frameworks you wouldn't typically find in an MDM, such as ISO 27001 and HIPAA. Asset management extends beyond devices, too. The platform includes a flexible asset register you can populate with anything across your organisation, giving SMBs a lightweight alternative to a dedicated asset management tool.

This makes Swif a particularly strong fit for SMBs and SMEs. Smaller teams typically lack the resources to stitch together separate tools for device management, compliance, and asset visibility. Swif covers all three without the complexity or cost of enterprise alternatives, and the intuitive interface means you don't need a dedicated IT department to get value from it.

Swif is where device management and compliance converge, and for SMBs and SMEs that have historically had to choose between proper security posture and operational simplicity, that's a meaningful proposition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

The one area most in need of attention is the initial onboarding flow, particularly for BYOD. Currently, BYOD and non-BYOD Apple devices require separate Apple IDs, meaning you need a minimum of two accounts just to get started. For a platform selling simplicity and seamless lifecycle management, asking administrators and end-users to juggle multiple Apple IDs from the outset is a friction point that undermines the first impression. It's the kind of setup detail that feels like an oversight rather than a deliberate decision, and for smaller teams without dedicated IT support it's more painful than it sounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Angelo Huang of Swif.ai
