**What do you like best about SWELLEnterprise?**

I like that you can chat live with clients/contacts and with team members. Team members or freelance workers can track their billable hours with a built in work timer. You can custom brand your portal and allow  clients to communicate and access files or items for approval.

**What do you dislike about SWELLEnterprise?**

It can be difficult to navigate for certain tasks or purposes. It can be buggy, as well. Tasks can have sub-tasks, but the layout and menus become overwhelming for users as the organization gets lost in the process of opening new pages for each sub-task.

**Recommendations to others considering SWELLEnterprise:**

They are still working out a few bugs that pop up here and there, but are generally helpful if you need support and respond relatively  quickly to questions or technical issues.

**What problems is SWELLEnterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It met most requirements for a solid CRM system to keep track of client and business needs. It is a great tool for consolidating a lot of other CRM tools into one which can save you a few hours.
