**What do you like best about Swell?**

The platform has allowed users to efficiently reach more customers and patients, deliver timely service, and enhance their overall engagement and accessibility. The product provides the latest aspects, enabling users to build the perfect e-commerce store for selling both digital and physical products with ease and flexibility. The software is great as it enables users to get positive feedback from their customers it streamlines and improves user follow-up processes.

**What do you dislike about Swell?**

There is not much to dislike about the platform it has fairly served me the part that really disappoints me is its price which is a bit high. However, given the services it offers, it’s likely worth the investment.

**Recommendations to others considering Swell:**

Swell is the platrorm I would recommend, and it will consistently increase your customer base.

**What problems is Swell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform has made the process of regular tracking communication with clients to be much easier and more efficient. The platform has seamlessly integrated with the customer app allowing for automatic follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication, and enhancing overall customer engagement without additional manual effort.
