What do you like best about Swell Fundraising?

We had such a great experience with Swell! It made the difference between our event being just another program and a true fundraising event. Brooke and the team offered support, insight, and ideas through the process, and we implemented the Swell platform for all our online events and campaigns year-round. What do you like best about Swell Fundraising?

Swell provides a fun and innovative way to fundraise online, in part by harnessing the spirit of competition in event attendees. The software leverages not only our organization's network but those of all our guests to solicit donations for our cause. Swell also makes so many logistical aspects of conducting our event easier, such as ticket sales, organizing tables, and sales and donations at the event itself. What do you dislike about Swell Fundraising?

Nothing, really. I am an early adopter, so I experienced some of the changes and improvements as the software evolved (and still does, as they are always making it better). Even so, any inconveniences I may have experienced were minor. And the customer service is so good that they more than made up for any bumps in the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Swell Fundraising?

Our fundraisers enjoy the no-login aspect of the platform. We enjoy the ease of the on-site check-in process, the excellent customer service and the daily account updates of donations made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swell Fundraising?

Our fundraisers miss the ability to personalize their fundraising page with a sentence or two "telling their story." We wish there was an easier way for those who did not pre-register to register on-site instead of filling out the online form day-of. This is only an issue for us because we do walk fundraisers and the platform is mainly geared towards table fundraisers or other similar events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Swell provides everything any other event fundraising software provides - but also has an amazing client support team, provides you with plenty of event materials to help your event run smoothly, and sets itself apart with apps like Swell Slides and the Swell Fundraising app for check-in and donations.
