The best part about using Swell is that it is EASY. Swell provides a fun and innovative way to fundraise online, in part by harnessing the spirit of competition in event attendees. The software leverages not only our organization's network but those of all our guests to solicit donations for our cause. Swell also makes so many logistical aspects of conducting our event easier, such as ticket sales, organizing tables, and sales and donations at the event itself. Nothing, really. I am an early adopter, so I experienced some of the changes and improvements as the software evolved (and still does, as they are always making it better). Our fundraisers miss the ability to personalize their fundraising page with a sentence or two "telling their story." We wish there was an easier way for those who did not pre-register to register on-site instead of filling out the online form day-of.
