Even if you have no technology background, you can easily donate to a cause, purchase an event ticket, and see what people are saying about the cause/event on social media **What do you dislike about Swell Fundraising?** It shows Comp tickets to an event as $0 sell on the event fundraising page. This can cause others who are actually purchasing tickets to question because others are coming for free and they're seeing it right in front of their eyes **Recommendations to others considering Swell Fundraising:** Test it out. You may be surprised at how well you enjoy the software **What problems is Swell Fundraising solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only problem so far is finding a way not to show the names and $0 of people receiving comp tickets to an event. A huge benefit is being able to fundraising, promote an event, and purchase tickets all in one place. Before we had to use several programs to complete those things. ### 2. Information about the event/fundraiser, a place to purchase/donate and then there is automatic responses that go out to donors to keep them engaged. **What do you dislike about Swell Fundraising?** Editing the swell pages can be time consuming and don't allow as much creative freedom within their system. We have to do creative design in a different program and then upload that image to swell. Not terrible just an extra step. **Recommendations to others considering Swell Fundraising:** Swell slides is awesome but works best when hard wired to the internet. Most venues we have tried to use it at don't have a strong enough wifi signal to play back the videos we have. Slides work great but videos take a more. **What problems is Swell Fundraising solving and how is that benefiting you?** Table events are done well through swell. We have to get creative when doing other events in Swell like our Golf tournament. It works but has to be thought through differently. ### 3.
