**What do you like best about Swell?**

I really like how Swell fits our local business needs in Hong Kong. It's super easy to send automated review and feedback requests via email and SMS, which has really boosted our response rate from local customers. I love that it centralizes all our reviews, especially Google reviews, in one dashboard, making it critical for local visibility in Hong Kong. The ability to quickly respond to both positive and negative reviews helps us maintain a strong online reputation. The automated process saves our team hours every week, allowing us to focus on serving customers instead of chasing feedback. The centralized dashboard makes it easy for us to track trends in satisfaction over time. Additionally, I find the platform reliable and responsive for local Hong Kong usage, with quick loading times and a simple dashboard that requires no training for the team. Finally, the initial setup of Swell was really straightforward and simple for our team.

**What do you dislike about Swell?**

First, native Chinese language support could be more polished. The interface and some templates are mostly in English, so we have to manually adjust and customize everything for Chinese-speaking customers in Hong Kong. It would be much more efficient to have fully built-out, professional Chinese templates and a complete Chinese UI. Second, it doesn’t integrate as smoothly with popular Hong Kong local platforms—like local directories or social media platforms widely used here. We mainly manage Google reviews, which works fine, but support for more local channels would make it far more valuable.

**What problems is Swell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Swell for managing customer reviews and feedback, sending automated requests that boost local response rates, saving time, and maintaining our online reputation. The dashboard consolidates feedback, enabling quick responses and trend analysis, crucial for our business in Hong Kong.

**What do you like best about Swell?**

One area where Swell could improve is in its reporting and analytics dashboard. While the core metrics are helpful, having more customizable reporting options or deeper insights into trends over time would make it even more valuable. Additionally, occasional delays in notifications or syncing with third-party platforms can be inconvenient, though not frequent. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the benefits the platform provides

**What do you like best about Swell?**

I like Swell because it's easy to use, especially for audio recordings and daily motivation. I think the simplicity of the voice feature is what makes it valuable to me. The initial setup was fairly easy too.

**What do you dislike about Swell?**

I don't like how Swell struggles with understanding different dialects or accents, especially southern, northern, and even foreign languages.

I like being able to adapt web environment without modifying the core data and the ease of downloading documents and the quality of the downloading of the documentation.

Sometimes some of the setup can be a bit difficult and the pricing could be more competitive

**What do you like best about Swell?**

Swell is easy to set up and online sellers can start their eCommerce site within 24 hours. The Web interface is clean and advanced. Swell has all the latest features which enable me to create the best eCommerce store for selling digital and physical products.

Integration is limited in the initial stage of development.
