The copy-paste function for visuals or pictures is fantastic and easy. The option to embed videos into procedures or processes is amazing and helps onboard new hires more quicker. **What do you dislike about SweetProcess?** There is little to dislike about Sweet Process. If I had to pick something I would say that for their knowledge base feature the ability to have a custom url is still marked as "coming soon." **What problems is SweetProcess solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sweet Process helps us consolidate best business practice standards and communicate standards to teams. The system allows for cross-functional training and clear easy to navigate documentation. ### 2. Creating documents directly in the interface with useful and easy to use tools to make the training documents as information packed and visually appealing and easy to navigate as possible. **What do you dislike about SweetProcess?** The ability to import powerpoints does not exist, just word documents and the maximum file size to embed uploaded videos is low enough to cause a headache. **What problems is SweetProcess solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training new hires and creating and hosting training materials and videos in one easy to navigate place for existing employees and creating knowledge bases for employees to easily access the information they need. ### 3. You can easily drag/drop items to rearrange them and add more steps later after you've put in the basics. **What do you dislike about SweetProcess?** Adding teams to a process can be aconfusing. It's not intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering SweetProcess:** SweetProcess makes it easy to get all your procedures in one place and to check off the steps as your are doing them. You can assign tasks and make comments on procedures. It's easy to use and has a nice interface. **What problems is SweetProcess solving and how is that benefiting you?** We all work remotely and need procedures that are easy to use if someone is covering for another employee or if someone leaves our small company. We also need to standardize certain procedures as we grow.
