What do you dislike about SweetHawk? I am a bit disappointed with SweetHawks customer service. They tend to have slow response times. Their representatives aren't always helpful. Furthermore the software lacks features, which limits its functionality. In addition to that the pricing is, on the side compared to their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SweetHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? SweetHawk is not tool that integrate smoothly with Zendesk solving the problem of customer support. With their user interfaces and intuitive features. SweetHawk is not able to simplify ticket management, routing and automation processes. This has decreased my business growth.
