Sweet CRM is a Swedish CRM platform with built-in AI agents for sales, customer service and marketing. It gives your teams one shared customer view with the full case and contact history, automatic case assignment and automated follow-ups. Sweet AI is built in: it combines your CRM data and your organisation’s knowledge with configurable AI agents that summarise cases, prioritise work and suggest next best actions. Two agents, Sweet Sales Agent and Sweet Customer Service Agent, work out of the box, and you can build your own in Sweet Agent Builder. Users approve every action, and source data is never changed automatically. Sweet CRM connects to Sweet Forms (digital forms and e-signing) and Sweet Automation (integrations and workflows), and is used across banking, finance, insurance, energy, real estate and the public sector in the Nordics. Sweet Systems is ISO 27001 certified, and data is stored in Microsoft Azure or on your own servers, in line with GDPR. Customers include Ahlsell, SkiStar and Falu Energi & Vatten.
