Sweet AI is a Swedish AI platform from Sweet Systems with built-in AI agents for sales and customer service, delivered directly in Sweet CRM. It combines your business data – customers, cases, deals and documents – with your organisation’s knowledge in Sweet Knowledge Hub and configurable AI agents. Two agents, Sweet Sales Agent and Sweet Customer Service Agent, work out of the box, and you can build your own in Sweet Agent Builder, for example for key account management, compliance, back office or contracts. Users work with AI in Sweet Treat, an AI workspace for analysis and next best actions, and Sweet Insights, for AI-driven analysis and recommendations. Agents suggest actions, but users approve every step and source data is never changed automatically. Sweet AI works within existing user permissions, and Sweet Systems is ISO 27001 certified.
