SweepMe! is a modular test and measurement software that allows users to quickly combine measurement instruments and technical equipment from different vendors by plug&play. The modular nature of the SweepMe! allows to easily share contents between all users of the software. For example, all SweepMe! instrument drivers are made available free and open-source to everyone. Typical applications are wafer level testing in combinations with electrical chacterization equipment, electro-optical experiments in silicon photonics, control of process chambers as used for thin film vacuum deposition, characterization of solar cells, LEDs, sensors, batteries and many more.
