**What do you like best about Sweed?**

This cannabis industry technology platform has greatly enhanced our operational efficiency. The software simplifies processes such as tracking, auditing, and labeling by automating tasks, which has helped us cut down on manual inventory mistakes. In addition, it offers dedicated live technical support and training, which has been instrumental in helping our team succeed.

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

The system's comprehensive nature means staff require dedicated training to leverage all features effectively, and a lack of sufficient training. In the early stages, real-time sync more often suffered from lag and unresponsiveness. There is no pre-built, official integration between Sweed POS and Odoo

**What problems is Sweed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By allowing retailers to oversee all aspects of their operations—from inventory management to sales and marketing—within one unified system, this solution helps streamline processes. As a result, it minimizes manual tasks, reduces the likelihood of errors, and lowers expenses that would otherwise arise from relying on several different software vendors.

**What do you like best about Sweed?**

What I like best about Sweed is how it brings POS, inventory, CRM, and eCommerce together in one seamless platform. It feels modern, easy to use, and clearly built to help dispensaries improve both operations and customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

One thing I dislike about Sweed is that, like many all-in-one platforms, it can feel overwhelming at first because of the large number of features and settings. There can also be a learning curve for new staff during onboarding.

**What problems is Sweed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweed is solving the problem of disconnected dispensary operations by combining POS, inventory management, CRM, loyalty, and online ordering into one platform. This benefits me by saving time, improving efficiency, reducing operational errors, and creating a smoother customer experience both in-store and online.

**What do you like best about Sweed?**

Sweed excels at delivering an all-in-one software solution tailored for the retail cannabis industry. The platform offers valuable retail insights, handles marketing campaigns with impressive efficiency, and is highly user-friendly for sales staff. Additionally, it delivers an excellent ecommerce experience. Our team launched 82 stores in a short period and working with them was a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

Integrating with state compliance systems can be challenging, but the Sweed team handles the process effectively. They communicate clearly and step in when necessary to make sure resolutions are carried out promptly.

**What problems is Sweed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Sweed, we relied on multiple platforms to handle loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, ecommerce, in-store ads, menus, and more. Sweed consolidates all of these functions into a single system, which has saved us significant time across various departments. This integration allows us to concentrate on the key factors driving our business, especially by leveraging the valuable retail insights Sweed provides.

**What do you like best about Sweed?**

The responsiveness of having a local rep has made all the difference. When deciding between sweed and one of the bigger options, our rep, Ryan McKee truly made the difference and made my decision an easy one. Ryan was able to bridge the gap between us, our account team, and even the dev team to get us open on time and continue to help us build a custom system that works perfectly for us!

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

We’re building from the ground up so we’ve had some hiccups, but they’ve always been addressed with the appropriate level of urgency and it’s made the process pretty smooth.

**What problems is Sweed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweed is hello by build our entire POS system as well as our back office and CRM. What aren’t they doing?

**What do you like best about Sweed?**

I find Sweed to be very intuitive, even though it was just released. It makes it easier to quickly take in all the information about an order, which is very handy. I love that it's much more user-friendly and simple to get into. The auto rounding feature for debit card transactions is particularly useful, and it's great that I can quickly bring up a patient after their transaction for another. This facilitates smoother transactions with fewer hiccups, allowing for a smooth transition from patient to patient. I heard the transition to Sweed was a seamless process, and considering the clunkier alternative we had, this is a much-needed change.

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

I dislike how compact the budtender menu is

**What problems is Sweed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Sweed makes it easy to take in order information quickly and offers a user-friendly experience. Its auto-rounding for debit transactions ensures smoother payments, while quickly bringing up patients improves the workflow and prevents breaks in service.

**What do you like best about Sweed?**

I find Sweed to be fairly intuitive, making access quick and easy for most things I need regularly. The platform offers solutions to day-to-day issues quickly, which is really helpful. I'm also excited about utilizing the customer notifications tool further. The initial setup was smooth, thanks to having a couple of experts on hand to assist us.

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

Our site has 2 separate storefronts with separate licensing, but employees are expected to work both stores. Unfortunately, we are unable to switch ourselves from store to store, as that functionality is attached to other permissions reserved for managers. Having the option to switch myself would be immensely helpful and would save customers a great deal of time waiting for managers to be available to make that change. We also cannot currently search for products using SKU numbers, we have to use product names. I'm not certain if this is our fault.

Sweed offers a platform for retail sales with a range of useful functionalities. It's intuitive, providing quick access to regular needs, and efficiently resolves daily issues. Customer notifications are a promising tool I’m excited to use more.

**What do you like best about Sweed?**

I appreciate Sweed as it is the 'brain' of the dispensary, allowing users to ring up customers quickly and handle complex transactions without crashing during a rush. I like its 'all-in-one' architecture because it truly integrates POS, marketing, eCommerce, and inventory, eliminating the lag or data mismatches. I enjoy Sweed's hyper-localized loyalty loops that harness data to create behavior-based rewards, ensuring our shop feels personalized to different customer needs. Setting up Sweed was so easy, and I am very likely to recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

Integration "Ghosting". While Sweed aims to be an all-in-one solution, the cannabis tech stack is notoriously fragmented. The issue is that syncing with third-party delivery services or niche loyalty apps can sometimes suffer from lag. When the inventory in the vault doesn't match what the customer sees on a menu in real-time, it creates a headache for budtenders. More robust, "self-healing" APIs that proactively alert staff when a sync fails would be a game-changer.

Sweed solves fragmentation by consolidating sales, inventory, and marketing into one dashboard, eliminating data silos and outages. It streamlines retail operations, manages transactions seamlessly, and updates customer data instantly, preventing lag.

I like how easy it is to open the register with Sweed. Customer information is easy to access, and the payment options are clear and not confusing. The design and website layout are really fun and create a great work environment. The initial setup was very easy, and the people who came to help us were amazing and answered all our questions.

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

The biggest issue I have is that the system times out every five minutes and you have to log back in.

I use Sweed to process both walk-in and online orders. It's easy to open the register, access customer information, and the payment options are clear and not confusing.

It’s very simple and easy to navigate the different areas that we access on a daily basis. The front end where we cash people out is sleek and easy to use, and the back end is accessible and not bogged down despite having many different options to search through for customer information and product information as well

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

Not much, the customer service people are always there to help when anything goes wrong, and the ease it takes to access the different tabs and areas for either product or customer information is quick and easy.

It helps when it comes to merging separate accounts that guests might have. It saves guest information for us and allows easy look up for purchase history to erase any doubt that we or the guests might have about past purchases.

**What do you like best about Sweed?**

I really appreciate how streamlined everything is. Having tried several different industry systems, I can confidently say that Sweed is by far the most efficient one I have had the pleasure of using.

**What do you dislike about Sweed?**

So far, I haven't found much to dislike. After using the software for around 10 months, my only real concern is that the user interface sometimes changes with updates. It can be a bit unsettling to log in and see the UI looking different, but the changes are never so significant that I can't adjust to them quickly.

It has streamlined many of the issues I encountered with other systems, particularly when it comes to inventory management and communication with metrc.

**What do you like best about Sweed?**

Everything I need is right there when I need it. It’s not as clunky as our previous POS system, and it feels faster overall. I also like that it automatically picks the right deal for you.

Not so much as a dislike as its new to learn and figuring out the reports we need and learning the nuances.

From the way the system operates, it seems like there will be fewer discrepancies with items and cash.
