They answer in a couple of minutes and will always try to find the best solution for us. And if there isn't a suitable solution, they develop one. Some of our suggestions became part of product updates. What probably is not given by competitors: you benefit from various functions that organize the communication within a team or between agency and client, you also have a reporting tool included and an area where any comments, messages etc. are listed and can be replied to within the tool (a kind of ticketsystem). I use it with a macbook and do have some screen issues here and then; i might have to update the browser more often. The scheduling and tagging functions of the posts have always been 100% reliable, which is not always the case with freemium products. **What do you dislike about Swat.io?** To me on agency-side, most helpful is that I nearly never have to do phone calls or separate e-Mails with the clients. We go through the SWAT calendar once a week in a Teams Call and all participants have the same insights and status per profile and channel at hand. With every open issue I can always refer to the questioned post, where I simply attach a comment to within the tool and tag a person who is in charge to feedback. Also the approval process is properly structured, so that responsibilities can be arranged individually. I miss an app to this tool, because some details could be executed in between 24/7 daily business faster with your mobile phone - which works in general, but the usability is not really app-like. **What problems is Swat.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** SWAT.io helps to continously run social media marketing on all main channels with planning, scheduling, publishing, commenting, reporting and organize the collaboration work in this area, within teams or between an agency and clients. Other tools we tried did not have this easy-to-see feature **What do you dislike about Swat.io?** Own comments that have been sent over Swat.app (😉) cannot be deleted directly in the Tool. It happens sometimes (especially morning hours) , that instead of "archive" we press the "reply" button (in German it is "archivieren" and "antworten"). Thus people get a reply with "hi, *username*". Right now, we have to go into the real social plattform, find the post and then delete our comment there. If it would be possible to delete or "unsend" comments within 30 seconds or so, that would help us alot. Also, posts in LinkedIn, where our social profile is mentioned are not shown in the tickets. Therefore we have to have LinkedIn open at all times to see when someone is tagging us in their posts. **What problems is Swat.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** From Content creation (a field to write and organize and modify pictures) to the planning of publishing times and campagne managements, getting all the tickets of all sort, ... ha we really enjoy all the features. But there are always some features that still only work directly on the platform.
