I almost never go to app.swarmia, reason being I can never find anything from there that i want. UI is just wildly confusing and unintuitive. For example i seen graph that shows categories of my PRs few times, and I could never ever find it again.

We want to keep our existing development tools as the source of truth, but Swarmia also wants to be the source of truth, so it can be confusing where to make categorization adjustments. I like how easy it was to set up Swarmia. It's great that it offers a good list of presets, which helps us know what to focus on weekly. This feature gives our developers a top of mind focus and helps us collectively try and hit our goals for the next week. Additionally, using Swarmia, we're able to measure cycle time better, see when pull requests and issues are over the time limits, and use the agreements feature. We do mobile app development, and it's not completely clear what we should focus on. Dora somewhat works, but due to the review times and release and deployment times, it's not necessarily the best metric.
