What do you like best about Swapcard?

Swapcard is simple to use. It connects easily with tier ticketing platforms. There's a wide variety of functions. And it's pretty! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swapcard?

There isn't an integrated ticketing option for participants to pay directly on Swapcard. But I think they are working on that to offer this option eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Swapcard?

Easy to use, just read the screen, delegates could easily navigate and the functionalities were great for our exhibitioners. exhibitioners got value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swapcard?

Nothing at all, the app just works. You will not find a better app for events on the market. I was referred to Swapcard by a delegate that attended another event that was hosted on Swapcard, so it just showed the impression it made on delegates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are in the midst of adopting SwapCard's registration solution. The integration team has been great so far. The uncertainty of the testing phase is what I dislike most, but I am hopeful SwapCard's registration system will be a great solution for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Swapcard?

Recommendations to others considering Swapcard:

I have recommended Swapcard to many industry peer's as I find the easy to use software the best option available for both event managers and sponsors. Clean, customisable and secure event management with outstanding support. What problems is Swapcard solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Swapcard?

When the pandemic first started, we sat through endless demos of virtual event platforms, and it felt like each one was exactly the same. And then we had our Swapcard demo. Swapcard was able to cater our needs of replicating an awards ceremony in a virtual world. Swapcard also helped us put on our annual women's conference and allowed for easy usability for attendees of all ages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swapcard?

The biggest downside of Swapcard is it took them a while to integrate a built-in live stream component - where speakers could just log in and automatically host their session. They created the Roundtable feature but now they're working on making it even better with a native live stream capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Swapcard is allowing us to reach an international audience during the global pandemic. We thought we would have to completely cancel our events when the pandemic started and now even though many organizations are hosting in-person events, we are still using Swapcard and continuing to provide a valuable virtual experience.
