Coming from the UK pharmaceutical market, we have to make the platform have blocks and restrictions for certain ticket types, scenarios and delegate types. This can get quite complex to implement if you're not used to creating these sorts of things. Swapcard utilizes easy builds, flexible points on data, and seamless user experience for items needed. With other apps, they use hub and spoke models for what can be added on, however with Swapcard it meets our business needs with not many extra add-ons. When using the lead scanning tools, there isn't back office access to pull reports for our exhibiting companies - they have to do that on their own. The site itself is very easy to set up an event. I like the fact I can 'preview' my work/page. Their tech support was also very quick. If I had questions, I could easily refer to the FAQ or email someone and they responded back very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uploading the event attendees using their template proved to be a challenge. It was not as user-friendly as I would have liked it to be. I had to spend extra time doing a lot of trial and error. The platform is easy to use and build. There are many features, and you can use them creatively to give your clients a great tool. Like most apps, as an attendee, you can build your schedule, or you can be assigned to one by the organizer. The Exhibitor space is great and you can set up one on one's with attendees. There is not much to not like about Swap card, but one feature that I would like Swapcard to add is when you are building, and you go page to page to build or check your work, I wish it would not go back to the beginning after checking a setting each time when you have multiple pages to go through.
