Some features require "extra clicks" while building out the event- for example when I am going through speakers and filter the people list, when I click into an account and out, I need to re-filter and start over. Swapcard's has had incredible support. Whenever I have a question, they quickly respond within minutes, clearly explain what to do, and set me up for success. We have used Swapcard for 3 years now, and there are continual improvements being made to the platform. As an organizer, it is very user friendly. Our events are 2 weeks long, but the agenda tab on the platform always shows the full agenda. It would be helpful if that jumped to the current day, or next session. There is some functionality to host interactive sessions on the platform, but they are currently limited to 100 people, so we still utilize Zoom in conjunction with Swapcard. Very easy to set up for event organisers. They include small instructions on every function where it is well explained with a really easy-to-see user interface. Many positive feedback from participants due to the functionality swapcard provide and again a modern look on the app makes it easy to the eye of participants. Easy to use for participants if the event is set up well by organizers, lots of engagements as well. All data's that was hard to collect is now displayed and downloadable by event organisers to improve the next event set up and give good insights to sponsors. There is no call center or call line. All communication is done by email or support submission form which consumes a lot of time especially if we have urgent requests. The only downside is probably the fact that we are not able to customize some minute details, but overall, those minute details that weren't customizable did not affect the overall function of the virtual platform.
