Horrible customer experience. 9 days after submitting a swag request I had still never heard back and finally followed up again. I was put in touch with someone, sent them questions, then was left in the dark once again. I was then contacted by a totally different rep who bypassed all my previous questions. I was told there was a 5-week turnaround, then the very next day told it was 6 meaning my deadline had already been missed. Horrible customer management and horrible experience.
