Svaragent writes draft replies to customer email. It connects to your inbox in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox and turns each incoming email into a case. For every email, the agent assembles the context that already exists: the thread history, your wiki articles, tone of voice, company details and open cases. It then writes a complete proposal. A person edits, regenerates or approves the reply, which is sent from your own email address. Every action is logged. Automatic sending is available as an option that the customer switches on themselves. Svaragent includes a built-in CRM where contacts and companies are created from incoming email. Reading the email and writing the draft both happen on Skjld's own servers in Sandefjord, Norway, including the language model. The data processing agreement is generated for each customer in their account. Svaragent is in public beta.
