"Efficient Consumer Insights Tool with Room for Customization"
What do you like best about Suzy?

I like Suzy's efficiency and how it aligns with our sports industry needs. Its user-friendly interface is great because it requires no complex training, allowing our team to quickly access and use it without any technical hurdles. I also love the real-time feedback feature, which gives us instant insights from our target audience, helping us rapidly adjust our sports strategies without waiting for lengthy research results. Additionally, its precise audience targeting is beneficial, as it lets us focus on specific groups relevant to our work. The streamlined data presentation is a big plus since it eliminates messy spreadsheets, making the research process simpler and allowing us to concentrate more on creating sports initiatives that resonate with our audience. The initial setup was also very easy, with an intuitive interface guiding us smoothly through each step, from account creation to audience targeting configuration. What do you dislike about Suzy?

While Suzy is effective for our sports industry needs, there are a few areas that could be improved to better align with our workflow. First, its customization options are limited—we can’t add custom fields or tags tailored to sports-specific needs (e.g., tracking training session types or event categories), which means we still need separate tools to log these details. Second, the file storage capacity is limited; large sports-related files (like high-quality match recordings or detailed training plans) often require frequent archiving, adding extra work. Additionally, the search function could be more precise—we sometimes struggle to quickly find specific sports-related discussions or files, as it lacks advanced filtering for sports-specific terms. These small gaps create minor inefficiencies, but addressing them would make Suzy even more valuable for our sports operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Blazing-Fast Insights with Some Global Limitations"
What do you like best about Suzy?

I love Suzy for its blazing-fast, statistically significant results, which mean no more waiting weeks for insights. Suzy’s proprietary 15M+ verified opt-in panel is its superpower and it completely changes the way brands work with consumer data. It's a huge differentiator for me because I’ve been able to launch a 500-respondent quantitative survey and get complete, actionable results in just 6 hours, which is incredibly speedy compared to the typical 6 days or even 6 weeks. This speed provides a competitive advantage, especially for things like testing packaging designs before a product launch or validating ad creatives shortly before a social media push. Also, the initial setup of Suzy was relatively simple and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suzy?

I don't like that Suzy has severely limited global reach, focusing only on English-speaking markets. I wish they would expand their proprietary panel to high-priority global markets such as Germany, France, Japan, India, and Brazil with native-speaking, verified respondents, especially in areas where their enterprise clients already operate. "Revolutionized Our Concept Testing Game"
What do you like best about Suzy?

I love how Suzy allows us to conduct rapid concept and creative testing, letting us evaluate ad concepts, packaging designs, or new product ideas with a targeted audience within hours. I appreciate the mix of quantitative and qualitative research Suzy provides in one workflow. The ability to start with a quantitative survey to identify interesting segments like 'loyalists' versus 'switchers' and then immediately recruit those same individuals for a live qualitative deep-dive is a game-changer. The initial setup of Suzy was simple for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suzy?

The ease-of-use comes with some design guardrails. For extremely complex, multi-stage choice modeling (like advanced conjoint with prohibitions) or highly longitudinal studies, a dedicated, programmable tool like Qualtrics might offer more flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizes Creative Testing with Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Suzy?

I love Suzy for its seamless Quant/Qual integration. It eliminates the silos and makes transitioning between tools unnecessary, which is a huge timesaver. I can design a survey including closed-ended questions like 'Which packaging design do you prefer?' and then have respondents provide unmoderated video responses to explain their choices all within a single research project. The video responses are fantastic for capturing authentic emotions and nuances, much more than written verbatims. Plus, they are auto-transcribed, tagged, and searchable, making the analysis easy. The initial setup of Suzy was also relatively simple and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Smarter, Faster Way to Understand Consumers"
What do you like best about Suzy?

What I like best about Suzy is the speed and clarity it delivers. I can go from a question to a real consumer-backed answer incredibly fast, without sacrificing quality. It removes a lot of the uncertainty from decision-making and replaces it with confidence, because you’re hearing directly from your target audience in real time. It feels intuitive, reliable, and built for how teams actually work ,not how research used to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suzy?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that you need to be pretty intentional with how you frame questions to get the most out of it. The platform is powerful, so there’s a bit of a learning curve upfront. That said, once you get the hang of it, the quality and speed of insights more than make up for it. "Effortless Survey Creation with Great User Experience"
What do you like best about Suzy?

I like that Suzy is easy to use and it gives easy feedback based upon the actual construction of the survey. Everything is just plug and play in terms of adding different types of questions, and looking at the responses that could be there with both fixed number of responses and open-ended questions. The setup was very easy, as the installation handles everything without much input from me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suzy?

Possible Cons to Mention

Limited customization in survey design compared to advanced research tools.

Audience pool constraints – sometimes niche or very specific audiences are harder to reach.

Data depth – insights are quick and directional, but not always as deep as full-scale traditional research.

Learning curve – while the platform is user-friendly, some advanced features take time to master.

Cost factor – can feel expensive for smaller teams or startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A different kind of agile platform"
What do you like best about Suzy?

All the benefits of proprietary community without the hassle. You get to recontact respondents when needed because Suzy owns the respondents (instead of sample providers). Before Suzy we had a proprietary panel but spent a fair amount of time and energy just keeping our respondents engaged, even when we were not conducting business critical research. With Suzy you get the benefit of all their other clients also doing research, so engagement does not fall on any one client. In addition, the tool was easy to use, support was always available, and it delivered quality reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suzy?

Managing credit use across multiple users was sometime combersome. Also ,regular surveys need to be done to ensure any key screening criteria is up to date, as the way they survey consumers does not technically allow for terminating based on screening questions within the survey. Not very onerous but requires a rethinking of how one normally conducts surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick turn insight-hunting!"
What do you like best about Suzy?

Speed! I love being able to send out last minute questions out knowing I'm likely going to get a couple hundred responses at minimum within hours. It's a savior! The platform is very intuitive, easy to navigate, and pretty easy to build your own quant surveys. The customer service has also been pretty consistent in quality and timeliness. I like how approachable the team is and the support we get in troubleshooting or navigating more difficult projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suzy?

I wish the focus group platform had more tools for labeling/organizing themes. I've used other research platforms that do a better job in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
