Leveraging advanced technology and a modular design the solution can be right sized to fit the current expense needs of any company and grow in functionality as business demands change. As a technology forward solution SutiExpense leverages Optical Character Recognition and proprietary modeling to enhance receipt matching, credit card informantion and third party data to drive automation and enhance the value of travel data insight for improved spend management. When combined with the SutiSpend platform it seamlessly integrates with our procurement and invoice solutions to deliver a more in-depth solution for 360 spend management. ## SutiExpense Reviews ### 1. Problematic - better options out there **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022 **What do you like best about SutiExpense?** There is not much I like about Suti but I guess the best thing about it is that there is an app, though I do not use it and prefer to use the web version. It allows you to connect directly to your credit card provider to import transactions, though the connection frequently does not work. Suti is one of the cheaper options out there for expense reporting. **What do you dislike about SutiExpense?** The platform is not user-friendly. The connection to our credit card provider frequently gets messed up and I have to reconnect each month in order to import my transactions. I am not able to add transactions directly to the website without importing them first, which, as I've already mentioned, is problematic. The way our expense accounts are set up does not lend itself well to Suti, though they did work with us to set it up as best as possible. **What problems is SutiExpense solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of our users are losing their credit card integration connection and have questions each month for how to import their transactions. Our financial administrator frequently spends time each month working on other employee's reports that they should be doing themselves but they have so many problems that they are not able to complete their reports without her help. Reporting is not great. It is hard to run a report across multiple users to get an overall view of our expenses. I'm sure there is functionality in the software to run these kinds of reports but it is not intuitive for how to do them. The benefits have been a cost-effective way to move to electronic expense reporting, allowing us to cut down on printed reports. We like being able to go back and look at electronic expense reports rather than digging through the file room. ### 2. This cost me a lot of time and is very inefficient. And having to chose business expense eveytime is a little ridiculous. I think this program lacks in its user friendliness compared to other expense programs I have used. **Recommendations to others considering SutiExpense:** Concur **What problems is SutiExpense solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not solving and problems for me, and haven't realized any benefit that sets this company apart from other expense handling software companies. ### 3. If the app actually worked, it would be an effective tool, but it ends up being an epic waste of my time. **What do you dislike about SutiExpense?** The app shuts off or the screen blacks out at least 50% of time after taking a photo of your receipt. On miscellaneous items, the options in the drop down box disappear if you take the photo first. It' a pain to have to go on my computer for hotel bills to categorize all the expenses to the proper category. Overall, it's a good concept and would be great if it actually worked, In the end it is just frustrating and takes far more time than doing it the old school way with all the paper. **Recommendations to others considering SutiExpense:** Make sure they have worked the bugs out, otherwise people will have a painful experience and just become frustrated. **What problems is SutiExpense solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not much since it has been painful to use 90% of the time. ### 4.
