The visibility in workflow has been the most beneficial aspect of SutiAP. Overall, SutiAp's automation has eased the invoice processing by automatically uploading and assigning vendor names and capturing invoice details so that my team can review and update the invoice with the internal company knowledge that we have. Having the capability to send email reminders to approve invoices have come in handy when an invoice is pending approval. The audit log has given my team the capability to analyse approval status of our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SutiAP? One thing that has been cumbersome with SutiAP is the approval workflow of invoices that we need to allocate to various locations. Each of our locations has their own approver and with such invoices, the approval workflow is that invoice is to be approved one after the other (linear approval), rather than having the capability to have that amount for a particular location approved or simultaneous approval. In the past, we have had one individual manage the process of receiving invoices and manually routing them for approval. SutiAP has automated the reciept of documents and invoices, giving us the capabilty to review documents that are not invoices in one screen and automatically having invoices ready for my AP team to code and submit. What problems is SutiAP solving and how is that benefiting you? The Suti Workflow is a great help, we can stay on top of invoices and easily pull support for accruals. What do you dislike about SutiAP? -can be glitchy -exporting reports to excel puts out spreadsheets that are hard to work with. we have to export, copy the data, and then paste into a brand-new spreadsheet without the formatting. -when exporting invoices to Great Plains, there are sometimes invoices that don't map over. Sometimes an invoice will map over with the total being off by a few cents. This doesn't happen often and is easy to fix, just time consuming to find the issue. We are able to send all invoices to our managers for approval and the managers are able to review the invoices for themselves without asking our AP department to email the invoices to them. The implementation was seamless as we already used SutiExpense. The customer support responds timely and they are willing to implement features that are specific to our needs. We would like to be able to view the vendor address profile when we are processing invoices, as there are times when addresses are in need of update. Utilizing SutiAP allows us to automate the processing of invoices, with payment through Corpay by check, MasterCard or ACH. No matter who what to find the history transaction, the submitter and approver can find their information from their end and won't bother the finance department.
