The tool does the job well for me - it allows for creating and running in-product surveys to collect user feedback. The survey wizard is easy to use, it offers templates as well as robust customization options for all kinds of end users. Their Customer Support is the cherry on top - always helpful and very responsive! I was using this tool for some time a couple of years ago, and I came back to it when I had a chance to choose a survey tool in my current company - and I'm generally pretty picky!
