And, it's best to grab that review as soon as the product or service is provided. Survey Stance has created a fun, simple way to get that immediate feedback from my customers! The kiosk and email signature have been salutary in improving my business. **What do you dislike about SurveyStance?** I can't think of anything I "dislike" about Survey Stance. **Recommendations to others considering SurveyStance:** It's so easy to use and requires no commitment/contract. You have nothing to lose just trying it. **What problems is SurveyStance solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem in production that we would not have otherwise discovered. We were able to address the issue which will ultimately improve our business and keep our customers happy. It was also great to hear that customers have been happy with the accommodations we made during Covid19. ### 2.
