We only doing occasional surveys, about 4-5x a year, and I was looking for a product that would offer a high level of customization and question types for a low-commitment duration.

Without the ability to export the data to google sheets, I don't think the product would have been worth it for us. The default data presentation didn't work for us and needed a lot of manipulation to get the insights we needed. This isn't necessarily unexpected, but some more flexibility, or at least optimizing how data exports to Google Sheets/Excel/Etc. would be helpful.

UI/UX is clean, simple, and easy to use from both the admin and participant end. Customer service is fantastic and will support you every step of the way. If there is a feature missing, you can ask your sales partner and they will speak to developers about implementing it. My team uses SurveySparrow on a weekly basis to gather user feedback. I appreciate the ease of use and the design of the surveys. The forms are resposive, they look good on many devices. So many solutions on the market have very outdated graphic design, so that's something really unique - and it increases the response rate. Furthermore, there is a wide range of helpful integrations. The best part of SurveySparrow is that they took what is typically a standard, monotonous task on a lackluster platform into a more interactive, dynamic, and innovative experience. I couldn't believe how hands-on the experience was from start to finish. The customer team were very knowledgable and helpful, and most importantly not pushy. They made sure that the tool met the requirements for our business which it did. The platform was quite intuitive, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover more and more features as I went along.
