What do you like best?

In SurveySparrow I recently created a chat based interaction survey to know the pulse of webinars. The ui is simple, classy to look and also more customers interactively provided the participants. The analytics of the conversation are really helpful. I even integrated the conversation in slack, shared it through emails through schedule delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

In SurveySparrow application, I think we need to have a card based conversation where cards are scrolled by the user and fill the survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

In surveysparrow surveys, we get a broad range of analytics. It also shows you got very low responses to use these tools to attract. What do you like best?

Surveysparrow is an excellent alternative to the other commercial survey (SAAS) options available on the market. Customer service was outstanding and I was able to perform the task I wanted to easily and without disruption. Most importantly logic was able to be implemented into survey which led to improved user experiences and, we believe, improved completion rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Analytics were a little difficult to navigate but became easier with repeated use. Also, login button on home screen is relatively small and difficult to find for first time and uninitiated users. Look no futher. The main competitor is not worth working with when you consider the ease of use and functionality offered by SurveySparrow. Definitely a product that I would use again in the future. SurveySparrow allowed me to collect data regarding a project of a NFP organisation and to disseminate that information to stakeholders regarding the efficacy of the program.

What do you like best?

The ease of use and the Chat format for surveys. I was able to learn all of the features while in the trial mode. This gave me the best understanding of all the tools. I upgraded to the Basic version as I needed to be able to send to my contact list, and the trial limited both the number of outbound surveys as well as responses. The Basic version provides the most used features. I used many of the Premium features while in trial mode and found the program to be very flexible. I executed my first chat survey in a few hours. What do you dislike?

Although the Basic features are enough for most surveys, the Premium version has Skip Logic and personalization in surveys that are nice to have. However for the price of the Premium, and my use, it simply is too expensive. Survey tools are handy but annual fees or quarterly fees are high. I would prefer a monthly fee for occasional use. What do you like best?

- The best thing about SurveySparrow is how easy and intuitive is creating of a survey in it, and the look and feel of the tool. It really pleasures the eye

- Conversational style of surveys is also a plus, and the fact that it's optional - you can make your survey look more "average" too

- Automatic translations of surveys (with Google Translate) with a possibility to correct them is great, you don't have to export your questionnaire, translate it and import back into the tool

What do you dislike?

- For me - not enough questions types. That was a deal breaker. For example, there is no card sorting question type

- Even after choosing the most expensive plan, you have to pay extra for NPS questions

- No way to import questions from Word/text file

What do you like best?

Support was insane not only did they reply very quickly they helped me fix all my issues !! when chat got complicated they went over and above and hopped on a zoom call as well !

so many business take hours if not days these guys never took days to reply !!

What do you dislike?

nothing so far if i had to be really picky the fact I had to use zapier to get leads into active campaign as this appeared to be the only main thing that slowed me down

if i had to recommend something that would make them even better extend the information on the help video guides

yes they was helpful but could have added slightly more detail

ps i got to the end result with the videos but few small extra details could have got me there quicker

What do you like best?

Survey Sparrow is the easiest survey software I have used. The Welcome and Thank you pages are effective. I love almost every aspect of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The pricing is a little high for Pro. . I'd quite like to be able to close a survey and add a message 'this survey is closed etc' and sometimes on some browsers there is a fault when people can't scroll down. With Survey Sparrow, we're able to ask unlimited questions, introduce the purpose of the survey and also thank people afterwards. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

SurveySparrow is amazing survey software that has made surveys super excited. It has taken the boredom out of surveys as this software introduces adorable features. After using this software not only I came to know about the flaws of my products but I’ve also found the solutions of my problems. SurveySparrow offers has an incredible intuitive design. I've successfully used the mobile app to create forms and seamlessly collect feedback.

Each time to click the Review (preview) button, you are brought back to the first question. I like to re-start the preview from where I left off at the previous time.

For a matrix question, it took me a long time to figure out to fix the columns within one screen.

It is not easy collecting data and information from total strangers and yet this is what is required for creating any strategy be it a marketing or up-scaling data. Survey Sparrow has been an innovative product allowing us to complete surveys that can be traditional in nature as well as using a conversation style of survey. What do you like best?

SurveySparrow is a fun and fresh survey platform. It has a sleek and modern look to its surveys, so when you send them out, your survey-takers feel like they're actually having a conversation with you instead of just giving you data. It keeps them interested in the survey process.

It's also very simple and intuitive to set up a survey. There are pre-filled common survey types (and even some uncommon types that inspired me to create some new types of surveys!). What do you dislike?

It's a newer entrant to the survey market, so it may take you a few minutes to figure out the way it works best for you and your company. What do you like best?

The responsiveness of the team understand and support our needs and challenges, especially in reference to the delays caused with COVID pandemic, was most helpful for us as we are a large volunteering organisation working with volunteers, managing a complex research project across South East Asia on a tight budget and timescales.
