There is no feature for survey throttling. And we have to manually setup the 4 surveys for the quarter. This leaves a little bit to be desired, bit they assured this is a part of the roadmap. Super easy, and intuitive program. Setting up an NPS Survey takes only a few minutes. Also, the support team is phenomenal and very quick to respond. And, the UI and UX are the best.
